They are the Executive Director of D’Gayle Diamonds, where they lead initiatives to advance inclusive policies, protect vulnerable communities, and amplify queer and intersex voices in public life. Their expertise includes intersex and LGBTIQA+ rights, gender-affirming healthcare access, policy advocacy, community leadership, and systemic reform. They specialise in advancing rights-based approaches to healthcare and governance, translating lived experience and community needs into policy change and institutional accountability. Their work has contributed to policy shifts within the South African Police Service, including advocating for dress code reforms that recognise diverse gender identities, and has supported the mobilisation of networks that led to the election of openly queer councillors in the Northern Cape, strengthening representation in local government. They also engage with the Equity Court to advance access to comprehensive gender-affirming healthcare services, including hormone therapy. Tebogo serves in multiple leadership roles across civil society and governance structures, including as LGBTI Sector Leader in the Provincial AIDS Council, a member of the Provincial Department of Justice Task Team on LGBTI Rights, and within networks such as the Activate Leadership Programme, Tshwaragano Youth Development Organisation, and the Northern Cape Youth Crime Prevention Forum.
