Is a youth development practitioner and inclusive education advocate based in Senotlelo Village in the Nkangala District, Mpumalanga. His work sits at the intersection of youth development, inclusive education, and rural community development, with a strong focus on expanding equitable opportunities for learners with special educational needs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Intermediate and Senior Phase) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration through EDUTEL College. His expertise began in youth development through his role as a workshop facilitator at Bokamoso Youth Centre and has since evolved into a strong focus on inclusive education. He is the founder and Chairperson of the non-profit organisation Rural Child Is Possible, which is dedicated to developing rural communities through education and skills development. He also serves within school structures as part of the School Governing Body and School-Based Support Team, supporting learners with diverse needs. Since 2022, his work has focused on addressing the lack of post-school opportunities for learners from special schools. He has contributed to creating pathways into employment and community-based initiatives by securing opportunities through local government programmes, enabling learners to access work experience and skills development. His work also includes career guidance, facilitating access to tertiary applications and bursaries, and supporting transitions into meaningful livelihoods. His work is guided by a vision of a socially just world where inclusive education ensures that every individual, regardless of ability, is empowered to participate fully in society and access equal opportunities for growth and development.
