Shonaquip Social Enterprise (SSE) is a hybrid social enterprise consisting of Shonaquip (PTY)Ltd, Uhambo Foundation (NPC) and the Champions of Change Trust. Together we share a joint objective or creating inclusive barrier-free communities for children with mobility disabilities and their families. Our Social Enterprise is committed to the principles of a fully inclusive society recognizing diversity and the right of all people to enjoy equal opportunities and to participate in their families and communities to their fullest potential (www.shonaquip.co.za & www.uhambofoundation.org.za ).

My role within the SSE is to strengthen ecosystems through designing,  managing and communicating our collective social impact and take key lessons forward to improve the quality of our practice as well as programme design.

I also oversee the initiation and delivery of research activities, the development of new tools, such as the new Disability stoplight and disability sensitization material.

I am responsible for the coaching and mentoring of all teams, contributing to Compass Operations of the SSE (management and strategic growth), and participate in global networks and collaborations.
