Evaluating Leadership Fellowship Programmes by Barbara Klugman

Tekano initiated a series of peer learning events on evaluating leadership fellowship programmes. We are pleased to announce the publication of a report on some of the key challenges and lessons shared among the programmes. While these focus on programmes based in South Africa, we expect the issues will resonate and the ideas will be useful to any fellowship programmes grappling with how to build in a process of emergent learning and improvement so that programmes are most likely to fulfil their goal of catalysing social change.
